Patrick Mooney is Senior Vice President of Global Support, Care, & Engineering at Dell Technologies, leading a broad organization delivering remote and field support, customer care, and customer, quality, and late lifecycle product engineering, across Dell’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG).
He builds teams and operating models around a simple conviction: align strategy, execution, and technology to create value and deliver best in industry outcomes. In AI data centers, Patrick is accelerating customer time to token and delivering best in class token availability. In traditional environments, from the edge to the core to the cloud, he is helping customers optimize value of across their infrastructure. And within Dell, he is fully consuming AI to reimagine his own business to build the best AI native support and care model of the future.
Patrick joined Dell Technologies in 1999 and brings more than 30 years of experience across technology, operations, business management, and executive leadership. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP of Services Product Portfolio and Centers of Competency, leading the modernization of Dell’s global services portfolio across ISG and CSG, with leadership experience spanning product management, engineering, consulting, cloud computing, and lifecycle services.
Before joining Dell, Patrick served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Based in Austin, Texas, he enjoys fishing, sports, and spending time with his family.
