When Vivek Luhaniwal joined Dell Technologies as an intern in 2021, he stepped into an environment where early-career professionals are encouraged to make meaningful contributions from the start.

Today, as a Senior Software Engineer on Dell’s PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) team, he works on solutions that help organizations protect, recover and migrate critical workloads across increasingly complex IT environments.
